1. How can I edit/update my profile?

To update your Solvewins profile:

·        Login to your Solvewins account.

·        Click on the my profile section on the upperright corner.

·        Click on edit profile.

It will redirect you to a page where you will be able to edit or update your profile details.

2. How can I update my email id/ contact number?

A.

You will have to click on the my profile section on your dashboard.

Click on edit profile.

It will redirect you to a page where you will be able to update your email and contact details.

3. Does it cost to create a profile on Solvewins?

A.

No. Creating a profile on Solvewins is absolutely free.

4. How to reset my password?

A.

You will have to login to your Solvewins account.

In the Dashboard page.

Go to  bottom click on the password.

Change your password.

Apart from that, if you have forgotten your password, then click on the “Forgot my password” button. You will get a link on your mobile number or email id to reset your password.

5. I am having trouble in uploading my CV. How to upload my CV?

A.

When you will register on our platform, you will have to fill in the details based on your profile. In that form, you will get an option of uploading or attaching your resume in the word or pdf format from your computer or laptop.

6. How can I apply for jobs on Solvewins?

A.

You will have to create a profile and register yourself on our platform. Once that is done, you can have access to all the jobs listed on our platform. You can click on them and start applying. You will be able to directly apply to a particular job listing from our platform itself.

7. Can I apply for more than 1 job?

A.

Yes, you can apply to more than one job.

8. How many jobs I can apply in a day/month?

A.

You can apply to as many jobs as you want to.

9. Do I need to pay to apply for the job?

A.

No, you do not have to pay anything to apply for the job.

10. How can I delete my account? If I delete my account, can I restore it?

A.

Instead of deleting your Solvewins account, we suggest deactivating it. You will stop receiving alerts from our side for the time being. Once you are ready to apply again, you can just activate your account.

11.How can I upload my new resume and change the old resume?

A.

Just login in to your account and click on the My Profile section. Click on the edit page and upload the new resume. You old resume will be automatically replaced by the new one.

12. What are Solvewins courses?

A.

We have provided various courses on our platforms. These are courses related to leadership, job interviews, team building and more. These courses add on to your career and help you evolve at your work place.

13. Can I purchase more than 1 course?

A.

Yes. You can purchase more than one course.

14. How can I get my certificate?

A.

Once you finish your course, you will get a soft copy of your certificate on your email.

15. How can I upgrade to premium profile?

A.

You can upgrade to premium profile in your dashboard itself. Go to the settings page and click the premium option. You will be redirected to a payment page. Once you pay the membership charge, you will be upgraded to a premium option.

16. How Solvewins work?

A.

We simply allow employers to post their job on our platform. As an employee, all you have to do is post your profile and start applying for a job. We charge no money for this service. However, if you upgrade to our premium membership, you can always avail the added benefits of the same. However, we do not guarantee you a job in return of money.

17. How can I enter for the preferred industry?

A.

You can enter the preferred industry by choosing the category on our platform. Then, you can start applying to the jobs available in that sector.

18. Can I apply again for the same job posting?

A.

No, it is not possible to apply for the same job posting twice.

19. How can I cancel the membership?

A.

Once you have paid for the membership, you cannot cancel it. All you can do is not renew your membership, when the renewal is due.

20. If I cancel the membership in 6 months, is the amount refundable?

A.

No. The amount is non refundable.

21. Can I download the course videos?

A.

No. You cannot download them but, you can access them on our platform whenever you want.
