Detailed Role profile? What does this role need to do on a day-to-day basis?
1.Maintain 100% Fulfillment of HK Staff as per Client Requirements
2.Ensure Male : Female ratio while sourcing as per client requirements.
3.Ensuring Grooming standards are maintained.
4.Visiting Site Locations as per Schedule & as and when required.
5.Establish Strong Relationship with HK Staff & Clients
6.Treat Team Members with courtesy, politeness, and kindness.
7.To maintain reports / data of employees in Excel
8.Ensure fulfilling of the requirements for completing joining formalities of new joinees in time.
9.Follow Regulatory requirements as per Labour Law
10.Inducting and timely training to the HK Staff on safety and expectations.
11.Maintaining a record / data of candidates interviewed, selected, rejected and sharing it with the Company & Client as and when required
12.Maintaining Prospective HK Staff Data Bank
13.Maintaining & Submitting Site Visit Reports, Employee Grievance Tracking Reports in time along with any other reports as asked for.
14.Train housekeepers on cleaning, maintenance tasks & Hk machine operations
15.Finding out prospective clients or bring in leads inline with prospective clients
