Your Role and Responsibilities

• Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities

• Ability to influence and interact with clients
• Customer reach through various email campaigns, social platforms etc.
• Responsible for acquiring business and achieving sales target.
• Mainly Deal directly with customers by telephone/email/chat
• Handle and resolve customer queries
• Communicate with the client and offer them our services
• Develop organic reach to our target audiences
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.), Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels and develop content/blog
