On call sales through audio & Video Medium

Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales of loan product with customer & Bankers.

Introduce services and solutions, and open sales opportunities for sales.

Follow up on leads till confirmation is received from the customer.

Creating a Sales pipeline through SMS Blast, FB, Google, Emails etc.

Find potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

Will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers new/existing in availing our services.

Should maintain utmost professionalism while interacting with Customer, Clients, Business Associates and Bank/Financial Institution.

Setting up meetings for the Loan Product via bank channel.

Acknowledge incoming calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages from customer & Bank Personal.

Creating and maintaining a List/database of loan applicant.

Building business relationships with bank employee for smooth process of loan application.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers & Bankers.

Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.

Strong computer skills.
