Job Description
We are looking for the young, dynamic, and experienced Senior Sales Executives in the Toy/FMCG/Medical industry to develop retailer and distributor network for our education toy products in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Development of Retail Channel
- Identify and appoint distributor across the state
- Build and Maintain Relationship with Clients
- Daily Visit and Sales Report
- Ensuring Product Visibility at retailer outlet
- Achieving Monthly Sales Target
- Timely Payment Collection
- Coordination with Dispatch/Backoffice
- Executive various promotional campaigns
- Give constant feedback on competitive position
- Identify growth opportunities

- The ability and intense desire to sell
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM Software
- Verbal Proficiency in English & Gujarati Language
