To handle board line calls and transfer it to respective lines asked for.
To collect bills and handover it to respective person.
To collect and maintain courier record and handover it to respective person.
To file all the letters, documents, papers, envelopes received in well-defined manner.
To handle guests, walk-Ins and clients, greet them, provide them basic requirement and making them comfortable till the time they are at front desk place.
To maintain decorum of the front office and reception area.
Any other relevant duties that may arise time to time.
