Job Description
We are looking for passionate User Experience Designers:
- 3 -5 years of experience in working on B2B and B2C web and mobile apps with a complex system.
- Proficiencies in the core UX Skills: User Research, User Journey Map, Heuristic Evaluation, Human Psychology and behavior, Defining the Workflows and Information Architecture from the User Journey Map, Empathy for users.
- Should have a design education from a reputed design school.
- Should know how to present the ideas/exploration via low and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Should be able to conduct client calls and know how to present the design proposals to the client and users of the design.
- Should have read ‘The Design Of Everyday Things’ book by Don Norman, ‘Don’t Make Me Think’ by Steve Krug, and ‘Hooked’ by Nir Eyal.
- Fluent understanding of the Design System and should be able to document the same.
- Plus point if you have an understanding of Color Theory, Visual Design.
- Plus point if you know how to estimate your tasks and manage your tasks.
