Assisting CPA on day to day communication
Following up with the employees and contractors regarding pending tasks
Communicating with the client regarding pending documents and information
Entering in calls and answering calls, logging them into CRM software
Communicating with internal staff on deadlines using internal project management system to keep track
Reviewing and following up debtors daily to ensure timely collections
Sending out email confirmations for calendar invites
Using Quick Books online to send invoices, estimates and prepare engagement letter documents
Retrieving authorization from government authorities to access client tax accounts
Fluency in English language is must
Ability to communicate confidently with international clients is mandatory
Schedule: 1. Evening shift, 2. Monday to Friday, 3. Night shift, 4. US shift
