Job Description
A Customer relationship and retention specialist provides solutions to customers. They will help Field Sales team to onboard new customers and reacquire the lost customers. They will be responsible to generate revenue for the company.
Responsibilities for Customer Relationship and Retention Executive:
- Follow up with Existing customers for repeat orders or new orders
- Responsible for effectively handling customer queries.
- Aggressive to convert sales and achieves targets.
- Responsible for receiving/making high number of calls of customers. Along with emails.
- Updates all contact information for clients
- Provide the sales team with data reports and prepare MIS for team and management
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales persons
- Identify and keep up with sales trends
- Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
Qualifications:
- You have 2+ years of Sales experience with engineering product
- Associate or bachelor's in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office, MS Excel Zoho CRM
- Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team but also able to work alone
- Strong communication with interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
