▸ Knowledge of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software and MS Office is mandatory.
▸ Real Estate or Home Loan experience preferred.

▸ The candidate should be able to generate leads using the CRM software, strike connect with the clients and understand their requirements.
▸ He/She should have the knack to convince the client for the site visit.
▸ Should be able to make calls to the client for the follow up after the initial visit to the site.

▸ Should be well versed with the Post Sales activities.
▸ The candidate should possess adequate knowledge about the competitors in the market.

Qualification:
▸ BBA/ B.Com/ MBA/ Marketing/ Business Management/ Bachelors a must.
Experience:
▸ 2 + years’ experience in Sales. (Real Estate or Home Loan Experience Preferred).
