Minimum 1 year of experience as a Coordinator/ Ad Ops Executive/ Sr. Ad Ops executive in digital advertising, with an in-depth working knowledge of email and chat delivery platforms and products
Prior experience in resolving Help desk queries/ Client request
Sound knowledge of programmatic and social campaign set up in Ad Operations
Fluent in English (Both verbal and writing)
Willing to work in continuous night shifts/ rotational shifts as per the business requirement
Hands-on experience with customer management systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Able to build both external and internal relationships
Highly motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
