Job brief
Your main role is to contribute to generating sales for Australia-based Solar Retailer. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, maintaining good customer relationships, and maximizing profitability.
Prerequisite:
- To be able to work from 4:30 am - 1:30 pm IST. & Saturday: 4:30am-11:30 pm noon IST.
- Past Experience in a similar role in an International Call center (UK/US/Australia/Canada/New Zealand)
- Added Advantage if you have experience in Solar Industry o Experience minimum 1 -3 years (Preferably from MNCs like Genpact, HCL, TCS, Infosys)
- Any college graduate degree or more
- 5 Star - English rating.
Experience:
- Proven experience as telesales representative inbound/outbound.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Amazing Customer Service | Customer relations.
