Job brief

Your main role is to contribute to generating sales for Australia-based Solar Retailer. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, maintaining good customer relationships, and maximizing profitability.

Prerequisite:

  1. To be able to work from 4:30 am - 1:30 pm IST. & Saturday: 4:30am-11:30 pm noon IST.
  2. Past Experience in a similar role in an International Call center (UK/US/Australia/Canada/New Zealand)
  3. Added Advantage if you have experience in Solar Industry o Experience minimum 1 -3 years (Preferably from MNCs like Genpact, HCL, TCS, Infosys)
  4. Any college graduate degree or more
  5. 5 Star - English rating.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience as telesales representative inbound/outbound.
  2. Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Skills:

  1. Excellent knowledge of English.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  4. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  5. Amazing Customer Service | Customer relations.

Attitude:

  1. Results-oriented - go-getter and can do!
  2. Self-Motivation & ability to work independently.
