Store In-charge is responsible for receiving & accepting Incoming Materials supplied by our Vendors at the site
Proper storage of Incoming Materials either at ACPL open store or storage container at site.
Preparation of GRN & submit it along with all dispatch documents to Procurement team for cost booking
Reporting Material received progress to Site Manager & PM
Submission of Invoices along with all necessary documents to Customer site office for further process.
Material Reconciliation in coordination with site manager with the customer as well as our Contractor which is issued for execution.
Preparation of Equipment Register with Sr no & Technical specification for project handing over.
An Associate`s degree or high school.
Store keeper experience.
A professional appearance.
Good communication skill.
