Navbharat Tourism is looking for a Back Office Executive who will assist their clients in making the best decisions about their tour arrangements and possess the ability to provide our services and maintain a good relationship with our clients.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi, Both Spoken & Written
Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
Should be a quick learner
Attending customer queries through emails and phone calls
Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc
Designing & preparing itineraries & outbound holiday packages for customers
Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team
Communicating with Hotels, Resorts
Domestic / International Destination Knowledge would be an advantage
IATA qualified/any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would be an advantage
Assist and support Travel Agents in their daily tasks
Prepare Travel Itinerary for visitors and travelers
Performing day to day back-end operations
Lead Generation and Customer Support via phone calls and emails
Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggestions and requirements
Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, customs, etc
Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers
Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer
Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible
Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information
Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately
Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends
