First point of contact for clients and focus of the role is to provide excellence in customer service and to maximize the client experience.
Interaction with customers over the phone, in person or via email.
Documentation and Securing records from current customers.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal processing staff.
Conduct employment verification either through calls or online.
Generate reports from the information obtained through verification and maintain
confidentiality of both candidate and the clients.
Coordinate with HR’s, Directors and other officials for the verification.
Handle client queries and escalation calls.
Ensure that the internal/external quality targets are met.
Qualification: Under graduation/Graduation/Post Graduation
