Handle day-to-day general queries related to the product and courses with the students.

Studying the details of each course to remain abreast of updates/modifications in the edtech industry.

Should be well versed with the course knowledge so as to answer questions about the course or the company.

Addressing candidates' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time to the concerned team.

Noting important details of each conversation and updating the same in the Master MIS.

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Has to be fluent in communication (English).
