Well versed with Microsoft and can maintain daily transactions

Friendly & optimist in attitude.

Language: English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Managing and ensuring that all calls are responded

Knowing who to route the calls to within the team

Making sure that messages left on voice mail or requests not routed are responded to on a daily basis

Ordering of supplies and its record keeping

MIS and Incident Management

Reports capturing.
