exp need- Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience in Ceramics and Sanitary Industries

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective sanitary ware retail shops leads; schedule and

follow up with leads and current customers.

 Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

 Managing the collections and deliveries.

 Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer

questions as needed

 Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts

 Maintain customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.

 Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

 Taking Customer feedback and implement the needed changes.
