Job Roles and Responsibility
1. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory.
2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
3. Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals.
4. Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day.
5. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.
6. Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
7.Train other telemarketers when required.
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.
8. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
9.Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
An Associate`s degree or high school.
Tele-Caller experience.
A professional appearance.
Good communication skill.
