Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Technology Sales Manager to lead our sales team and selling our company's IT solutions to clients in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with US-based clients, and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's IT solutions in the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors in the US market.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with US-based clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Attend industry events and conferences in the US to network and promote the company's IT solutions.
  • Provide regular reports on US sales performance and forecast future sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling IT solutions in the US market.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with US-based clients.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Thorough understanding of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud-based services.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
