Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and reach company targets
Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business goals
Identify new Business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
Patriciate in client meetings to understand their needs and present solutions
Ensure that sales targets are met and exceed on a consistent basis
Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years' of sales leadership experience
3+ years' of experience in sales
3+ years of IT Software Development and Staffing experience
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and leadership skills
