Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and reach company targets
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 3+ years' of experience in sales
  • 3+ years of IT Software Development and Staffing experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
