Candidate will be responsible for the leads / prospect closing and increasing Direct Sales. The primary focus is on prospecting Live Chats and Leads closure and win new business towards meeting revenue goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven experience in IT Sales
- Interface between the Client & Company as a SPOC
- Generating new Business for a wide range of Digital Services
- Experience with Lead generation, Calling, Drafting of proposals & Closing
- Create a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents
- Experience with interacting with clients in US, Canada, Australia, UK, India & Middle East
- Excellent leadership, Presentation skills and communication skills. (English is must)
- Extensive experience in cold-calling Client, Prospect and Stake holders
- Build relationship with 'C' level / decision-makers at Clients site and potential customers.
- Well-networked in the defined sectors and should have a successful record of accomplishment of delivery in IT industry
- Experience in handling a team of 4+ members
- Engage in cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange customer meetings
- Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients
- Online Bidding (Upwork, PPH etc.) & Staffing Solutions sales (Resource Hiring) is a plus
- IT / Web / SEO / Software sales experience Domestic Market
- Ability to achieve sales targets
