Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our software development services and products.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our software development services and products

· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them

· Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

· Collaborate with the development team to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients

· Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape

· Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content

· Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including events, webinars, and email marketing campaigns

· Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward sales goals

· Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

· 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software development industry

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

· Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
