Job Description
- Responsible for reaching out to prospective students and persuading them to purchase the courses.
- Adhering strictly to the sales calls SLAs.
- Calling active and budding students to encourage the purchase of courses.
- Responsible for achieving targeted business.
- Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch ITLH product/service accordingly.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Good to have skills:
- Tech understanding/inclination
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written)
- Must be a team player
- Should showcase empathy while interacting with leads.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and maturity will be considered on a case-to-case basis
- Good negotiation & sales skill
- Preferring candidates who are having experience in Banking and Finance sector
Education:
- Graduation/12th Pass
